Fulfillment Options
Vendors may fulfill orders themselves or opt for Jahazi-managed fulfillment (storage, packaging, shipping).
Delivery Timelines
Managed fulfillment orders are shipped within 2 business days. Delivery takes 7-30 business days depending on destination.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and fulfillment method. Fees are displayed at checkout.
Duties and Taxes
Customers and vendors are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and compliance with destination country laws.
Restricted Countries
We do not ship to sanctioned countries or territories as per international law.
Lost/Damaged Packages
Vendors and customers are encouraged to insure shipments. Jahazi is not liable for losses during third-party carrier transit.
