Jahazi store is committed to customer satisfaction. This Return and Refund Policy outlines conditions and procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Late returns will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized items, perishable goods, digital goods, hazardous materials, and intimate items are non-returnable.
Return Process
Please feel free to contact us at support@jahazi.store to initiate a return. We will provide instructions and a return address after approval.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting returned items, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
Vendor Fulfilled Orders
For vendor-fulfilled orders, customers must contact the vendor. Jahazi will facilitate communication but is not liable for vendor policies.
Managed Fulfilment Orders
For Jahazi-fulfilled orders, we handle the returns directly as per this policy.
Shipping Costs
The customer bears return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
